Tru Commercial Development is a family-owned business that got its start back in 1992. In the company’s 30+ years in business, Tru Commercial has steadily grown and expanded throughout the Western New York community. We own and manage all of our residential, office, retail, and industrial holdings in Erie and Niagara counties.

As both a development and management company, we pride ourselves in our relationships with our tenants.
